Melinda's Meals 11/5-11/11
Back in the day, my FitOrbit weekly plan would start every Thursday. Now that it is no more, Amanda and I still keep the same schedule. If it ain't broke, why fix it?
People always ask what kind of meals I eat so I figured I would share! Keep in mind, Amanda has been planning my meals for me for the past 3 years so this is my first foray in planning my own so just go with it. I may have too many calories or carbs here and there.
Monday / Wednesday / Friday:
Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites with MorningStar Farms Chipotle Black Bean Crumbles
Lunch: Root Veggie Stew (expect a separate post about this)
Dinner: The Chic Site's Shrimp Pesto Arugula Pasta (except I am doing zoodles)
Tuesday / Thursday:
Breakfast: Trader Joe's Spinach & Mushroom Quiche (because it's good and I am lazy)
Lunch: Simple Tuna salad sandwich on wheat (see: lazy again)
Dinner: Chicken in mustard sauce with buk choy (I use an old FitOrbit recipe so I'll do a separate post about this as well)
Saturday / Sunday:
