Real Life In Raleigh

The State of Things

I am obsessed with my home state of North Carolina. That's literally no secret. Although I choose not to currently live there, I love the Old North State with every fiber of my being. The people are amazing, the food is great, and college basketball is like no other. With that said, I love buying any and all things NC to rep as much as possible in sunny Southern California.

Fun fact: although I didn't go to UNC, I can still rep Chapel Hill because I was born there! The Uncommon Green team knows I am a psycho UNC fan and passed along these sick pint glasses. They are the perfect way for me to rep my team while drinking a brew and cheering them on in the NCAA Tournament. For just $28, you can also rep your college of choice. Check them out here.

This bag, y'all. This bag is MASSIVE. I can fit all of my groceries and more in it. As if my accent didn't already let people know that I am southern, this massive and sturdy bag confirms it. The interior is wipe-clean which makes it perfect for just about anything, be it a beach bag or a farmers market tote. Bourbon & Boots is currently sold out of the NC tote but will be getting them back in ASAP. This bag retails for $21.

Resident Jersey Belle & power publicist, Jaime Primak Sullivan, feels my "missing home" pain and created the cutest jewelry company, State of Style. The above necklace retails for $34.99.

I am so in love with the above print that I buy it for so many of my friends when they get married, move into a new house, or just because. Prints can be purchased from TheStateProject's Etsy shop for $20.

I grabbed this Raleigh print as well as a Los Angeles print a few years ago and put them in a double frame. It's one of my favorite pieces of art in my apartment. It can be purchased from PaperFinchDesign's Etsy shop for $12.

Got any amazing "state" products that you love? Let me see um!
