Namaste on a Budget

I have a love-hate relationship with yoga. I love yoga, but I hate how much membership fees at most yoga studios cost. It can be hard to get your namaste on when all you can think about is how much your bank account is hurting. Sure, there are affordable online options out there but being the extrovert that I am, I prefer a class setting. While battling a few different health problems lately, yoga is my best option in terms of working out. Because of this, I have had to research class options that won't break the bank.

Thankfully for me, Raleigh is a city who loves yoga and has tons of affordable options.

In addition to all of the awesome classes listed above, many local studios are offering free "gratitude" yoga classes on Thanksgiving. Additionally, if you try one of these studios out, enjoy your practice there, and have the means to sign up for a membership, please do it!

And while you're hitting up all these amazing classes, you'll need an awesome mat to practice on! Some of my favorite mats are by DAT MAT. They offer insanely fun, 1/4 inch mats that will for sure elevate your practice AND make you the talk of the class, in a good way! Here's one of my favorites.

Know of a class that I missed out on above? Let me know in the comments!
