Jazz Up Your Shakes with Blender Bombs!

With an insane work schedule and workout plan, I heavily rely on shakes to make sure that I get in all of the nutrients I need when I don't have time for a full meal. I've spent years trying to change up my "bro-shake" game which means a lot of trial and error. Honestly, I had pretty much written off shakes until I discovered the glory that is Blender Bombs.

Blender Bombs, which retail for just under $25 for 10, are a healthier and easier way of making smoothies. Made with pecans, dates, local raw honey, flax seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla seed, almonds, chia seeds, walnuts, and bee pollen --  All rolled into one little ball to transform your smoothie.

With the perfect blend of protein, fiber, and healthy fat, Blender Bombs are the great addition to any smoothie. They are delicious, nutritious, and will help keep you full longer. All you need to make the perfect smoothie is one Blender Bomb, some fruit, honey, and liquid. They suggest that you can throw away the protein powders and say hello to all natural, plant-powered nutrients, however, I still like to add a little "bro-powder" into the mix!

I love the flavor that Blender Bombs add to my smoothies. It goes great with almond milk, almond butter, and a little vanilla Cornerstone Wellness protein powder that I grabbed at my amazing doctor, North Hills Internal and Integrated Medicine. Even more exciting, you can even get a monthly Blender Bomb subscription if you love these little nuggets as much as I do!

SIDE NOTE: I read Blender Bomb inventor, Helen Hall's bio and started following her on Instagram immediately. Not only is the name of her company amazing (Hush Up + Hustle) but she's freaking adorable. Be my best friend, Helen!! (And give me free Blender Bombs for life because they are freaking delicious!!!)
